The Croatian Blind Union (CBU), known locally as Hrvatski Savez Slijepih, is the principal organization advocating for the rights and needs of blind and visually impaired individuals in Croatia. Established on June 16, 1946, by a group of blind intellectuals in Zagreb, the CBU has grown to encompass over 6,000 members and 250 volunteers across 27 regional and municipal associations. As a recognized non-governmental organization, it collaborates with governmental bodies and international organizations to enhance the quality of life for its members. The CBU's activities include providing social services, supporting education and employment, influencing legislation and policies, promoting Braille literacy, and developing assistive technologies. Additionally, it operates the Educational Rehabilitation Camp for the Blind in Premantura, offering accessible facilities for education and rehabilitation. The CBU is a member of both the European Blind Union and the World Blind Union. The organization actively participates in Erasmus+ projects. For 25 years, it has been implementing projects that improve the quality of life for VI individuals in Croatia and the wider region.
As the project leader CBU will ensure quality, oversight, and consistency in the implementation of planned project activities, monitor the use of financial resources, and ensure compliance with EU regulations and rules.

The Union of the Blind and Partially Sighted of Slovenia (UBPS) is the primary organization advocating for individuals with visual impairments in Slovenia. Headquartered in Ljubljana, UBPS offers a range of services, including counseling, support, and access to assistive devices, aiming to enhance the autonomy and quality of life for its members. The organization also emphasizes the importance of early intervention and comprehensive rehabilitation programs for children and adults with visual impairments. UBPS actively collaborates with national and international bodies to promote the rights and inclusion of visually impaired individuals. It is a member of both the European Blind Union and the World Blind Union.
UBPS is primarily responsible for the visibility and dissemination of information about the entire project. Given that it is an organization at the EU level with expertise and experience in implementing mobility programs and EU projects, it, together with the lead partner, the Croatian Blind Union, will provide expert assistance and support in the preparation and implementation of activities to the other partner countries, particularly organizations with less experience in this area.

The Union of the Blind of Montenegro (UBM) is the leading organization advocating for the rights and inclusion of blind and partially sighted individuals in Montenegro. Headquartered in Podgorica, it provides support services, promotes accessibility, and enhances social participation through education, employment initiatives, and assistive technologies. UBM collaborates with national and international partners to improve policies and opportunities for visually impaired individuals, striving for a more inclusive society.
Although the organisation has not participated in projects directly aimed at young people, it has been active in numerous other European projects supporting blind and visually impaired individuals. The Union of the Blind of Montenegro, together with the Union of the Blind of Herceg Bosnia, will be responsible for carrying out mobility activities and will also participate in other activities.

The Association of the Blind Herceg Bosna – Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina advocates for the rights and well-being of blind and partially sighted individuals. Headquartered in Mostar, it provides support services, promotes accessibility, and enhances social inclusion through education, employment initiatives, and assistive technologies. The association collaborates with national and international partners to improve policies and opportunities for visually impaired individuals, striving for a more inclusive society.
It has not yet implemented projects solely focused on young blind and visually impaired individuals, but the organization has been actively involved in various project activities aimed at the social inclusion of all blind and visually impaired people, regardless of age or status. Through this project, the organization will directly expand its knowledge and experience. Like all other partners, it will participate in the implementation of all project activities and, together with the Union of the Blind of Montenegro, under the mentorship of the partner organization, will carry out mobility activities.

Accredited by the Ministry of Education, it offers IT training, STEAM education, and Erasmus+ courses. The centre specializes in EU-funded research projects and develops innovative e-learning tools, mobile apps, and digital platforms. Emphasys Centre collaborates with international networks to promote digital learning and technological advancement.
The organization will contribute to the project not only with its knowledge and experience in its field of operation but also with its experience in implementing Erasmus+ projects, particularly in the areas of training, mobility, and knowledge exchange. It will provide support in organizing mobility and assist organizations with less experience in preparing and implementing these programs.
